低氧刺激对肾肿瘤细胞ADM基因表达的影响及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨低氧刺激对肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在肾肿瘤细胞表达的影响。方法将生长良好的人肾肿瘤细胞786-o分为两组,实验组细胞低氧条件下培养3、6、12 h,对照组培养0 h,采用Westen-blot法检测四组ADM蛋白表达、RT-PCR法检测ADM mRNA表达。结果实验组3、6、12 h ADM蛋白和ADM mRNA均明显高于对照组,且呈时间依赖性。结论低氧刺激可诱导ADM在人肾肿瘤细胞中表达水平升高。
