摘要
诉讼迅速是现代刑事诉讼制度的一项基本要求。文章探讨了确立迅速原则的理论根据、世界趋势、价值评价等问题，提出了借鉴国外经验，结合我国的实际情况，解决执法中效率问题的具体构想。
A quick lawsuit is a basic demand in modem lawsuit system. This article tried to analize the theor- ical base of the quick system, world tendercy and vable appraise. Using the experience of other countries for refevence and combining the facts of our country, I put forward my opinions on how to solve effective puoblems during our work.
