摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学方法在医学影像学教学中的应用。方法:沈阳体育学院运动康复与健康专业2008级、2009级本科生为研究对象,学生被随机分为2组,A组为PBL教学组,B组为传统教学组。分别采用传统教学方法和PBL教学方法。实验结束后对两组进行考试测评和学生自评结果测评。结果:PBL教学法组考试的平均成绩(77.9±13.8)明显高于传统教学组的平均成绩(70.9±2.6),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在自学能力、学习兴趣方面比较差异无统计学意义;两组在解决问题能力、有效的团队合作和临床思维能力方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统教学,PBL更有利于学生团队合作能力、解决问题能力、临床思维能力的培养与学生认知成熟度的发展。
Objective:To investigate the problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in medical imaging.Methods:The students of grades 2008 and 2009 from department of exercise rehabilitation and health in Shenyang Sport University,which were selected as the study objects.All of them were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=23),A was PBL teaching group,and B was traditional teaching group.The results of examination and questionnaire between two groups were analyzed contrastively.Results:The average scores of PBL teaching group(77.9±13.8) was significantly higher than that of traditional teaching group(70.9±12.6)(P0.05).There were no significant differences in self-learning ability and learning interest between two groups.PBL contributed to developing problem-solving skills,team collaboration and clinical thinking ability,which showed dramatic difference(P0.05) between two groups.Conclusion:PBL is more effective than traditional instructional method in promoting problem-solving skills,self-directed learning,team collaboration and clinical thinking ability.
