摘要
产品特性分类是武器装备研制过程中的一项重要工作。现有的产品特性分类方法主要是在可靠性预计、故障模式及影响分析的基础上进行,无法全面衡量产品寿命周期中的安全性、维修性、保障性因素。文章分析了当前产品特性分类准则,提出基于模糊层次分析法的分类模型,该模型能够给出产品针对特性分类准则的优劣排序,用以辅助设计人员进行特性分类工作。最后通过实例验证了模型的实用性。
The classification of product characteristics is an important issue in the armament development.It is currently based on reliability prediction and Failure Mode And Effect Analysis(FMEA) without taking account of factors like safety,maintainability and the supportability.This paper,based on analyzing the classification of product characteristics,proposes a model based on fuzzy AHP.This model could offer an order of product excellence based on some rules,which designers may use to determine the order.The model is demonstrated through an example.
