摘要
目的:对慢性肾功能不全的患者,采取中医辨证的方法进行临床治疗对其效果进行统计分析。方法:选取我院2010年6月～2011年6月收治的确诊为慢性肾功能不全的患者62例,随机分为2组,甲组为32例患者,对其采取中医辨证的方法进行临床治疗,乙组为30例患者进行西医西药常规性治疗,对其两组治疗后的临床效果进行统计分析。结果:甲组的患者治愈明显优于乙组(P<0.01),甲组治愈10例,显效11例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率90.62%。乙组治愈6例,显效8例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。两组患者治疗临床效果对比存在明显差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用中医辨证的方法治疗慢性肾功能不全可明显提高临床治疗效果,安全性高,可广泛的应用于临床,适宜推广使用。
Objective： Treating chronic renal insufficiency patients in TCM and analyzing the clinical effect. Methods： In our hospital from 2010 June to 2011 June was diagnosed with chronic renal insufficiency patients 62 cases, were randomly divided into 2 groups, group32 patients, the syndrome differentiation method for clinical treatment, group B for30 patients with western medicine routine treatment, the two groups after treatment of the clinical effect for statistical analysis. Results： the cure of patients was significantly better than that of group B （P〈0.01）. Group A ： 10 cases were cured, 11 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90.62%. In group B, 6 cases were cured, 8 cases, effective in 7 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 70%. Comparison of clinical effect of two patients with obvious differences, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of TCM Syndrome differentiation for treatment of chronic renal insufficiency can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, high safety, and can be widely used in clinical, is suitable to be popularized and used.
