摘要
校训是学校精神与文化的高度概括与凝练。＂德行四海＂校训集中体现了浙江国际海运职业技术学院的创建历史和文化背景,集收敛型思维的严谨态度与发散型思维的丰富于一身。文章认为要创建一流的＂海字号＂高职院校,必须扬己之长,保持自己的收敛性思维,特色鲜明;学人之长,融入发散性思维,创新人才培养模式。
Our school motto is a highly condensed summary of the school spirit and culture. The motto＂Virtue goes everywhere＂ embodies our school＇s historical and cultural background and it is the combination of the preciseness of convergent thinking and the richness of divergent thinking. To create first-class vocational college with sea characteristics, we should make our good qualities widely known and maintain the convergence with distinctive features ; meanwhile, we should also learn from other＇s strong points and integrate into the thinking to innovate the training model. thinking divergent
