摘要
为了寻求发动机气缸头冷却水合理的流场分布 ,避免出现流动死区 ,使发动机在一定的冷却水流量下保证气缸头足够的冷却 .配合耐久性试验 ,采用激光多普勒测速仪 ( LDV)对发动机气缸头冷却水流场进行了测量 ,得到了冷却水在平行于缸头与缸体接合面的二维流场 .讨论了不同截面的流场分布规律 .结果表明 ,发动机缸头冷却水流场分布是合理的 。
It is very important for an engine to have suitable coolant flow field distribution and not have “dead flowing zone” in the water jacket of the engine cylinder head in order to make the engine run steadily and economically. This article measured the 2 dimension flow field in the engine water jacket by LDV (laser Doppler velocimetor). The distribution rule of the coolant flow was investigated in different measuring planes connected with reliability experiment. The results show that the coolant flow field distribution is suitable for cooling the engine.
