摘要
随着大功率车用发动机强化程度的不断提高 ,低工况供气不足将导致大功率车用发动机低工况性能恶化 .采用了 AVIEIT系统改善大功率车用发动机低工况性能并降低其机械负荷和热负荷 .整机性能模拟计算结果表明 ,采用 AVIEIT系统 ,大功率车用发动机最大扭矩工况的燃烧过量空气系数由 1 .447提高到 1 .562 ,涡轮前排气温度降低了 45℃ ,发动机最大爆发压力由 1 5.4MPa降低到 1 4.9MPa,改善了大功率车用发动机的低工况性能 ,同时降低了机械负荷和热负荷 ,而油耗率只增加了 1 .6g/( k W·h) ,达到了预定设计指标 .
A new concept of AVIEIT system was introduced. In this system, the partial load performance can be improved, in the meantime, p max and thermal load can be reduced. A simulation research was carried out. The effect of AVIEIT system is very obvious. The results show that the α increases from 1.447 to 1.562, the exhaust temperature before turbine is decreased by 45℃ and p max drops from 15.4 MPa to 14.9 MPa at the peak torque operating mode, while the b e only increase by 1.6 g/(kW·h) at the same time. The AVIEIT system is simple and applied easily.
