摘要
测定食管癌患者血液中与自由基反应有关的微量元素 (Se,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cd)、维生素、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱苷肽过氧化酶、丙二醛等 13种生化指标 ,并进行因子分析 ,建立因子对变量的回归方程 ,选取主因子 F1,F2的得分值作二维平面图 ,结果显示 :食管癌患者与对照组有明显分区 ,判别准确率为 95.3% .分析结果可作为食管癌的辅助诊断方法 .
The contents of correlation factors ( trace element, superoxide dismutase, GSH Px, Vitamins, MDA) of free radical reaction in blood samples were determined. Some biochemical indexes were selected to perform factor analysis, and the regression equation of factor was established. The graphic representation with first and second factor score shows that the esophageal cancer patients and control group can be distinguished nicely into two different areas in a plane. The discriminating rates are up to 95.3%. The method is simple and useful to assist diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
