摘要
以L-薄荷醇为起始原料,用AlCl3催化二氯亚砜氯化合成L-薄荷基氯。重点考查了氯化L-薄荷醇反应中催化剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素对氯化反应的影响。优化的工艺条件为:以二氯亚砜为氯化剂,AlCl3为催化剂,催化剂的用量为1%,在冰浴条件下反应5h。在优化条件下产品的收率为94.5%,产物的旋光度[α]D20=-53.2°。
L-menthyl chloride was synthesized from L-menthol chlorinated by thionyl chloride.The influence of the catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the product had been investigated.The optical reaction condition was the L-menthol chlorinated by thionyl chloride,and catalyzed by 1% equivalent of AlCl3 at the condition of ice-bath for 5 hours.The yield was 94.5%,and optical activity was-53.2°.
