摘要
某水电站进水口事故工作闸门液压启闭系统油管在水力机组运行过程中产生了异常的振动现象,而且还伴随有剧烈的金属敲击响声。针对油管产生的这种异常振动的原因,开展了细致的分析研究工作,并根据研究结果,提出了相应的改造方案和处理措施,使水电站的安全隐患得以彻底根除,为设备的安全稳定运行提供了技术保证。对产生异常振动原因的查找过程和方法及其分析与处理措施,以及改造后的效果测试结果等作了较为详细的介绍。
The oil pipe of a hydraulic hoisting system of the emergency gate at water inler of a hsdropower station generates abnormal vibration during operation process of turbine units, and accompanied by the sound of violent metal collision. The causes of the abnormal vibration of the oil tube is analyzed, and based on analysis result, the refor secheme and treatment measures are proposed. The potential safety troubles are completely removed and the technical assurances for the stable operation of the equipment are provided. The searching process and the methods for the causes of abnormal vibration, the analysis and treatment measures as well as the testing result after the reformation are described in detail.
