摘要
从建设方的角度考虑在地产项目中如何建设经济节约型景观。首先要理解什么是经济节约型景观,然后是如何实现经济节约型景观的建设,应根据不同的大环境去规划布局设计,最大限度地利用原有资源。通过实际案例对比研究,对在景观设计中资源浪费等问题提出探索性的方法建议,希望可以对类似的理论探索与实践有所裨益。
This article considers economic landscape in the real estate development projects from the constructor＇s point of view. It first defines the term Economic Landscape, and then describes the method of constructing an econonlic landscape and, at last, suggests planning, arranging and designing in different general environments to nlaximize utilization of the existing resources. It also carries out comparative research depending upon real project exainples to bring up related tentative methods and recommendations to avoid resources waste while landscaping, thus hoping benefit similar theoretical exploration and practice.
