摘要
因子分析法是一种对混合物直接进行定性和定量测定的有效方法。它具有提取信息多、精度高的特点,适于多组分多样品的同时分析。本文对慈母欣片进行了因子分析并测定了其中的SD、SG含量。
Factor analysis has been used as a powerful toolfor determing the concentration and number of com-ponents contributing to the absorption spectra ofmulticomponent systems. This method was used dete-rmine the system of the two-component mixture. Theresults showed high accuracy and that it is worthusing extensively.
