摘要
介绍了一种能够直接 ,精确测量光盘道间距 ( Track Pitch)的实用方法。整个测试系统的框图 ,测试结果以及结果分析也一并给出。
This paper introduced a new method which can measure the optical disk's track pitch directly and precisely. A whole measuring scheme was also presented. Some testing results including analysis were shown in the paper too.
