水下湿法手工电弧焊焊接设备特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了水下手弧焊专用焊接电源对空载电压、焊接电压以及防护等级等指标的要求,结合潜水湿法焊接的特点对相关辅助设备的要求进行了探讨。通过试验验证了选取的焊接电源能够克服焊接电缆导致的压降以及焊接过程中干扰因素导致的熄弧现象,引弧过程顺畅,满足湿法水下焊条电弧焊的要求;水下焊接通讯与保障系统工作正常,能够及时启动与关断焊接电源的输出,确保水下焊工的人身安全;焊缝成形美观,波纹细致,证明整套设备符合焊接工艺的需求。 In this article, it introduced the requirements of welding resource to open circuit voltage, welding voltage and protection level, and discussed the demands to relevant auxiliary equipment, combing with the characteristics of wet welding. It proved that the selected welding source can overcome voltage drop caused from welding cable and arc blowout caused from interference factors through test. The course of starting are is smooth, and that can meet the requirements of underwater wet manual are welding; underwater welding communications and support system work regularly, and can start and close welding source output to guarantee welder personnel safety under water; the weld formation is perfect and ripple is tiny. The test results proved the complete set welding equipment can meet the demands of welding process.
