摘要
介绍了火山岩纤维的特点,并探讨了火山岩共混聚酯纤维与棉交织物的染色工艺。通过实践得出,选择乳化剂SEM-35可省略前处理工序,直接对坯布进行一浴两步法染色加工;选择高温型分散染料先对火山岩共混聚酯纤维进行染色,染后不排液,直接加入反应性直接染料对棉纤维进行染色;最后选用防沾剂RCSP-T和棉用皂洗剂一起对织物进行皂洗处理,由于使用了防沾剂RCSP-T,可以省略染涤后的还原清洗工序。经上述工艺整理后的火山岩共混聚酯纤维与棉交织物的水洗牢度较好,对6种纤维的沾色牢度均达到4级或以上。
This paper introduces the characteristics of lava fiber,and dyeing technology of lava/polyester blended fiber and cotton knitted fabric.The research results show that the application of emulsifier SEM-35 can delete the pretreatment,and the one bath two-step method can be used for dyeing process directly;the high temperature disperse dye can firstly dye the lava/polyester blended fiber,and then without dyeing liquid discharge,the reactive direct dye can be added to dye the cotton fiber;finally,stain resistant agent RCSP-T and cotton-used soaping agent can be together applied to the soaping treatment,and the reduced washing step can be removed due to the application of RCSP-T.The research results show that the lava/polyester blended fiber and cotton knitted fabric after dyed by this technology bears excellent washing fastness,and six kinds of staining fastness can reach Class 4 or above.
