摘要 研究电容测量原油含水率的原理,采用开关电容等变换电路,完成电容到频率的转换,经MCS—51单片机系统处理,在线测量0%~31%和 60%~100%原油含水率时的精度达到0.5%,含水率在30%~60%时的精度达到1%.本文介绍开关电容等变换电路的原理及特点,给出仪器的含水率测量实验结果. The measurement principle of the water cut with capacitance sensor is presented. The translating circuit of switch capacitance is used for changing capacitance to frequency. The measuring signals are proceeded by the MCS-51 microcomputer system, the accuracy of measurement water cut in oil on-line (when measurement range are 0% ~30 % and 60% ~100 % ) is 0.5%, and the accuracy of measurement (when measurement range is30%~60% ) is 1 %. This paper describes the principle and characteristic of switch capacitance and other circuits, and gives the experimental result of the water cut in oil of instrument.
