摘要
论述了承接产业转移过程中,西部无水港建设的重要性与紧迫性,分析了西部建设无水港的优势与制约因素,提出了推动西部无水港建设的具体措施,即保持承接东部产业转移的持续性、合理性、科学性的同时,建设服务区域产业、促进对外贸易、实现资源共享的一站式通关的西部无水港。
The paper explains the importance and urgency of the construction of western dry ports in the process of industrial transfer, analyzes the strengths and restraints of constructing dry ports in the western region of China and proposes the concrete measures for promoting the construction.
