摘要
目的:初步探讨雄黄注射液的体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用噻唑蓝(MTT)方法观察雄黄注射液对培养的人白血病细胞株K562,人肝癌细胞株HepG-2,人胃癌细胞株MGC-803,和小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞的增殖抑制作用;建立小鼠S180腹水型肉瘤模型,采用1、2、3mg/kg剂量雄黄注射液作用于小鼠模型,观察雄黄注射液体内抗肿瘤作用。结果:MTT法显示雄黄注射液对人白血病细胞株K562,人肝癌细胞株HepG-2,人胃癌细胞株MGC-803,和小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞增殖有一定的抑制作用;灌胃给予雄黄注射液对小鼠S180腹水型肉瘤生长有一定抑制作用。结论:雄黄注射液能够抑制培养的肿瘤细胞生长,灌胃给药对S180腹水型肉瘤细胞移植的模型小鼠肿瘤增殖有明显的抑制作用。
Objective：To investigate the anti -tumor effects of realgar injection both in vivo and in vitro. Methods： Hu- man leukemia cells K562, hepatoccllular carcinoma cell Hap（;2 ,gastric cancer cells MGC803 ,lung cancer cells Lewis were incubated with various concentrations of realgar injection, antiproliferative activities against cancer cells were measured by MTT assay ;The model of ascites - tumor S180 bearing mice was established,then intragastric administrationby 1,2 and 3 mg/kg realgar injection ,investigate the anti - tumor effects of realgar injection in vivo. Results： Realgar injection could inhibit the proliferation of cancer cell lines （ human leukemia cells K562, hepatocellular carcinoma cell HepG2, gastric cancer cells MGC803 ,lung cancer cells Lewis）. It also showed the inhibition on the growth of ascitcs - tumor S180 in mice of realgar injection intragastric administrationby. Conclusion：It suggests that realgar injection has the inhibitory effects on the proliferation of human cancer cell lines in vitro and on the tumor growth of mice transplanted with ascites - tumor S180 cell in vivo.
