摘要
目的:提出一种在临床操作使用上更加有效的低对比度X射线影像增强方法。方法:利用高频加强滤波和直方图均衡混合的方法对数字X射线医学影像进行图像增强处理,比较其图像增强前后的效果。结果:采用该方法增强低对比度X射线影像,设置合理的高频滤波参数,参数设置为a=0.5,且b=2.0,其锐化效果相比于传统的高通滤波具有很大优势。得到锐化后的图像,可增强图像细节部分,比单独采用其中任一种方法所产生的效果更佳。结论:X射线影像增强方法具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: A new approach to improve the quality of low-contrast digital X-ray medical image is put forward. Methods: The high-frequency emphasis filter and histogram equalization algorithm was used in combination to enhance X-ray image. Then the enhancing effects of processing was determined. Results: The experimental result on enhancement of lowcontrast digital X-ray medical image proved the favourable effect, achieved the sharpened image, and enhanced the image's details. Conclusion: This method is valuable in clinical diagnosis.
