摘要
从JIT系统物料采购供需双方互利互惠长期合作的观念出发 ,运用存贮论 ,构造了一种成批生产多次发运的综合物料采购模型 ,求解出使供需双方综合费用最少的经济批量 .并经数学方法推断 ,运用供 需综合物料采购模型可以获得比其他方法更好的综合效果 .
From the viewpoint of the long term corporation between buyer supplier in JIT system, this article developed an integrated material purchasing production model to facilite multiple shipments in small lots by inventory theory ,and solved the economic purchasing production lot made consistent cost minimizing for both buyer and supplier. The result of using the model mathematically is shown that the optimal policy adopted by the integrated model is better than the optimal policy adopted by traditional EOQ model.
