摘要
女子学院科研创新为推动我国哲学社会科学繁荣发展发挥了重要作用,为推动妇女问题的研究沿着正确方向健康发展发挥了重要引领作用,为推动妇女问题研究方面的人才队伍建设起到了重要作用。近年来,女子学院科学研究也遇到前所未有的发展机遇:国家制定重要的方针政策大力繁荣哲学社会科学,加强妇女问题研究。受此影响,中华女子学院的科研工作也取得了丰硕的成果。今后我们要进一步进行体制创新和机制创新,并在政策上注意向女性科研人员倾斜,走出一条有中国特色的女子学院科研管理创新之路。
Scientific innovation in Women＇s University plays an important role in promoting the prosperity of China＇s philosophy and social sciences,and plays important guiding function in promoting women issues following the correct direction,which also plays important constructive functions in intellectual team about women issues.Women＇s University＇s scientific research encounters unprecedented opportunities： our country made policies to thrive philosophy and social sciences and strengthen studies on women issues.China Women＇s University made great achievements.Thus we should set up goals for system innovation and mechanic innovation,and put emphasis on female researchers,and explore a research and management path with Chinese characteristics.
