摘要
合成了酚醛树脂胶黏剂,并采用环氧树脂和有机硅对其进行改性,考察了环氧树脂的加入阶段、种类和加入量及有机硅加入量对酚醛树脂胶黏剂性能的影响;采用TG-DSC和FTIR等方法对试样进行了表征。实验结果表明,在回流前加入约1.5%(w)(基于体系质量)的双酚A型环氧树脂E51和约0.6%(w)(基于体系质量)的羟丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(有机硅8427),所得酚醛树脂胶黏剂的黏度适中、柔韧性较好,游离甲醛含量为0.037%(w),拉伸剪切强度达到7.1 MPa,各项指标均超过国家标准;改性后的酚醛树脂胶黏剂的耐热性和柔韧性较改性前均有明显提高。
A phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive was synthetized and modified with epoxy resin and organo-silicon. The effects of adding stage, species and dosage of epoxy resin and organo-silicon dosage on the properties of the phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesives were studied. The products were characterized by means of FTIR and TG-DSC. The results showed that the phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive modified with about 1.5%(w) (based on the mass of system) bisphenol A epoxy resin(E51) and about 0.6%(w) (based on the mass of system) hydroxypropyl polydimethylsiloxane(organo-silicon 8427) before reflux had modest viscosity and good flexibility, with 0.037%(w) formaldehyde and 7.1 MPa tensile shear strength. The flexibility and thermal resistance of the modified phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive are better than those of unmodified one.
