摘要
目的对无偿献血者初筛血型错误进行原因分析,提高血型初筛的准确率。方法统计我站2009年8月至2011年7月无偿献血标本中初筛血型错误比例,结合现场调查,分析初筛血型错误原因。结果采集无偿献血者血液35028例次,发现初筛血型错误46例;造成错误的主要因素有人为因素、环境因素、试剂原因和亚型等。结论改善工作环境、增强责任心及提高技术水平可防止血型差错的发生。
Objective To analyze the reasons for preliminary screening error of blood type, and enhance the accuracy rate of preliminary screening. Methods Samples from August 2009 to July 2011 were collected, the reasons for preliminary screening error were analyzed combining with on-the-spot investigation. Results There were 46 cases of wrong blood type among all 35 028 samples. The main reasons for error included personal factor, environmental factor, agentia factor and hypotype. Conclusions Improving the working condition, enhancing responsibility and improving the skill can prevent the occurrence of error in blood type screening.
