摘要
目的在广州市番禺区卫生区域PACS系统构建智能专家库,探讨该专家库对番禺区影像医生的诊断工作的帮助及应用价值。方法专家库硬件设备包括1台服务器IBMPower5560小型机(算法服务器),PC计算机(检索用户)、1台PACS系统网络工作站(管理员专用)以及若干其它PACS系统工作站及其他外部设备。Web服务器采用操作系统为Windows2000Server,Web服务程序为ApacheTomcat6.0。数据库服务器采用的操作系统为Windows7,数据库系统为SQLSERVER2008,在B/S架构、JSP下开发智能专家库。该系统包括:①查阅医学电子书;②浏览疑难、少见、典型病例及专家讲座;③网络论坛。结果在广州市番禺区卫生区域PACS系统登录专家库平台,根据需要搜索相关电子书及疑难、少见、典型病例,浏览专家讲座进行学习,进行实时网络交流。结论本智能专家库具有实用性、可行性、扩展性,实现了广州市番禺区卫生系统区域资源共享,并提供网络交流平台。能有效促进广州市番禺区卫生信息化建设,能有效提高医学影像诊断水平。
Objective To explore the value of intelligent expert database system in PACS of Panyu District health system for diagnosis by imaging doctors. Methods The intelligent expert system hardware included an IBM Power 5 560 minicomputer (algorithm server), several PC computers (search users), a network workstation PACS system (administrators only) and several other PACS system workstations. The operating system of Web server was Windows 2000 Server, Web services program was Apache Tomcat 6.0. The operating system of database server was Windows 7, and the database system was SQL Server 2008. The intelligent expert database system was developed by B/S Architecture and JSP. The whole system was composed of three parts: (1)Medical ebook document; (2)Difficult, rare and typical cases, expert lectures; (3)lnternet forum. Results The intelligent expert database system was convenient to search related ebook and difficult, rare and typical cases, study by browsing expert lectures and communicate in real-time. Conclusions The expert database system has practicability, feasibility and expansibility, and realizes resource sharing and provides network communication platform, which can effectively promote health information construction in Panyu District and improve diagnosis level of medical imaging.
