摘要
蒲石河水轮发电机组是我国目前单机容量最大的抽水蓄能发电机组,论述了其发电机部分的轴系在工厂内调整的工艺方案,综合不同的调整工艺方案,结合具体调整实例,阐明了工艺方案操作的可行性,按工艺方案调整后,轴系的各项数据指标达到了国外同类产品先进的技术要求。
Pushihe water-wheel type generator set is the largest single set capacity water drawing energy storage generator set in our country. Description was made to the technological plans of the generator spindle system adjustment in the factory. This paper synthesized different technological plans of adjustment and combined with actual adjusting cases to clarify the operation feasibility of technological plans. After adjustment according to technological plan, every data index of the spinal system reached the advanced technical requirements both at home and abroad.
