摘要
就EM处理老参地栽西洋参 ,对参根中CaM含量变化进行了测定 ,结果认为参根中的CaM参与了西洋参的生长代谢过程 ;EM能改善老参地的微生态体系 ,为西洋参生长创造条件。
According to the experiment of planting Panax quinquefolius i the EM treating continuous cropping ground,this article determines the variation of CaM content in P.quinquefolius roots.The results consider that the CaM in P.quinquefolius roots takes part in the growing and me0tabolic processes of P.quinquefolius,furthermore,EM can improve the microecosystem of continuous cropping ground and set up conditions for the growth of P.quinquefolius.
