摘要
对一种履带车辆液力辅助制动系统进行研究。该系统采用液力传动与液压传动相结合的制动方式进行制动。在偶合器全充液与液压泵定排量的情况下,建立液力辅助制动系统的数学模型,并在Matlab中进行仿真研究。经过实验验证,仿真结果与实验数据基本一致,能够较准确地反映其制动性能。针对某型履带车辆的仿真结果表明,这种液力辅助制动系统能够独立满足时速12.5 km/h以上履带车辆的制动需求。
A hydraulic auxiliary braking system for tracked vehicle was studied.In the system,both hydraulic transmission and hydrostatic transmission were used for auxiliary braking.It was modeled and simulated with Matlab.The simulation results match the experimental results well.It is indicated that the hydraulic auxiliary braking system can satisfy the braking need of modern military tracked vehicles with speed per hour 12.5 km/h above.
