摘要
文章首先分析了农业适应性的概念和内涵,然后,以衡阳盆地为例,分析了农业生态环境脆弱性的主要特征,在此基础上提出了农业适应性对策。适应性对策包括三个方面:蓄水方面,修复和兴建各类水利设施,蓄洪济旱,调节水资源的时间分配;固土方面,加强植被恢复和建设,调整坡地农地类型,以保持易蚀土壤,稳固基质。增加科技投入,培育良种,推广抗病虫害和治污技术,减轻农业环境污染和病虫害灾害。文章从生态脆弱性视角对农业适应性对策进行研究,以期规避农业风险,为研究区农业经济、社会、生态的可持续发展决策提供科学依据。
First, we analyze the concept and the contents of the agricultural adaptation. Then, the paper takes Hengyang basin as an example, and analyzes the characteristics of the agricultural eco-environment vulnerability. Based on the characteristics, this paper proposes the strategies about agricultural adaptation. The strategies include three: storing water is that we must repair and construct various of irrigation facilities to store flood and irrigate fields in the dry season, adjust the time allocation of water resources. Stabilizing soil means that we could strengthen the vegetation recovery, adjust the slope agriculture type to maintain the erodible soil. Increasing investment in science and technology, we breed fine varieties, promote technology of resisting pest disasters and pollution to reduce agricultural environment problem. We study on agricultural adaptation based on the ecological vulnerability to provide guidance for avoiding the risk of agriculture and promote the sustainable development of Agriculture in this area.
