摘要
甘肃酒泉10 GW级风电基地动态无功补偿装置群涵盖了静止无功发生器(SVG)、晶闸管控制电抗器(TCR)、磁控电抗器(MCR)等多种补偿装置,类型全,数量多,但性能特点缺乏试验验证,不利于无功/电压管理及补偿装置效能的充分发挥。针对此现状,展开动态无功补偿装置性能集中测试。考虑电网接线结构、风电场实际运行情况等因素,参考相关国家标准选择测试项目,制定测试方法。实地测试了装设于不同风场的SVG、TCR及MCR等补偿装置的动态调节范围、有功损耗、动态响应时间和谐波电压水平。根据实测结果对3种动态无功补偿装置在风电场的应用特性进行了对比分析。
Dynamic reactive power compensation devices in Jiuquan wind power farms of 10GW above in Gansu province include different types.Such as SVG,TCR and MCR.Thelack of experimental verification for the performances is not conducive to voltae var management and fully utilization of the comp0ensation capacity.In order to solve the problem above ,the compensation device performance test was conducted.The testing itms and procedures were selected based on related national standards with the consideration of different grid structures and wind farm operation modes .The testing contets involved dynamic regulating raneg,active pwer loss,dynamic response time and harmonic voltage level.Three types of compensaton devices installed in different wind farms ,namely SVG TCR and MCR ,were chosen and tested .The performances were compared and analyzed according to the field test results.
