摘要
目的:探讨儿童的最佳护理方法,提高护理效果,针对其作出相应的护理措施。方法:分析48例儿童眼外伤原因并进行及时、有效和针对性的心理护理,以及充分的术前术后护理。结果:治愈42例,视力无光感1例,其余在随诊期间发现弱视,屈光不正2例,虹膜粘连、嵌顿、晶状体乳白色混浊等并发症3例。结论:儿童眼外伤能严重损害儿童视功能,一旦确认,应给予及时的治疗和护理,正确的全面护理是患儿得以康复的重要保证。
Objective：to explore the best children nursing methods, improve nursing effect, in view of its make corresponding nursing. Methods： to analysis the 48 cases children ocular trauma and reason timely and effective and specific psychological care, sufficient preoperative and postoperative nursing. Results： 42 patients were cured, eyesight light feeling in 1, and the rest in the follow- up period found amblyopia, correct refractive error in 2 cases, iris adhesion, embedded meal, lens ivory complications, such as the opacity in 3. Conclusions：children can seriously damage the ocular children visual function, once confirmed that, should give timely treatment and care, the correct comprehensive nursing is the important guarantee of children to recover.
