摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌（H．pylori）感染对患者胃黏膜局部IL-2及IL-10表达的影响。方法联合胃镜检测以及病理栓查将患者分为对照组和胃炎组、溃疡组和胃癌组，胃炎、胃癌或溃疡的诊断依据胃镜下所见和病理检测结果，H．pylori感染以镜下组织学观察找到H．Pyrlori为依据，IL-2和IL-10的表达采用免疫组化方法检测。结果胃炎组和胃癌组与对照组相比，II，2表达降低（P〈O．05），IL-10在各组患者中表达也有差异，但差异无统计学意义（P〉o．05）；所有患者H．pylori总的感染率为49．57％（57／115），H．pylori感染的胃癌组IL-2表达率仅为11．11％，明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论胃炎、溃疡和胃癌患者胃黏膜中普遍存在IL-2表达降低，H．
Objective To analyze the relationship between Helicobacter pylori（ H. pyLori） infection and the expression of IL-2 and IL-10 in patients. Methods All patients were diagnosed by both gastroscopy and pathological examination. The expres- sion of IL-2 and IL-10 were detected by immunohistochemical method in patients. Results Significant differences was foun- ded in the levels of IL-2 between gastritis,gastric cancer and controls and the significant association was also found between the controls and the gastric cancer patients with or without H. pylori infection（ P〈0. 05）. No significant association was found between the disease types and IL-10 expression（ P〉0. 05）. The H. pylori infection rate was 49.57%（57/115） in this study. Conclusion The secretion of IL-2 was reduced in gastritis and gastric cancer people and H. pylori positive gastric pa- tients express lower IL-2 than gastritis patients.
