摘要
社会"自组织"是相对于"他组织"的另一种组织化方式,中国社会的充分发展为社会"自组织"提供了充足的动力和条件,它是民主政治发展的必然结果。"他组织"的有限或无力是社会"自组织"、特别是恶性"自组织"形成最为重要的原因。因此,提升执政党的执政绩效、加强执政党自身建设、引导和鼓励群众参与是社会"自组织"视域下做好党的群众工作的有效途径。
Social ＂self-organization＂ is another organized way with respect to ＂other-organization＂. China＇s full social development provides enough impetus and conditions for social ＂self-organization＂, which is an inevitable result of the development of democratic politics. The limitation or weakness of the ＂other organization＂ is the most important cause for the formation of social ＂self-organization＂, especially the malignant ones. So, it is essential to improve the ruling Party＇s governance performance, strengthen its own improvement, guide and encourage public participation. These are the effective ways to do well in the Party＇s work regarding the general public under the perspective of social ＂self-organization＂.
