摘要
根据海绵钛破碎的实际生产情况,设计了一种分体式旋转刀片,刀头与刀盘为独立结构,刀片磨损或损坏后,只须拆下螺钉,单独更换磨损或损坏的刀头,而不需更换整个刀片,可大大缩短停机时间、减少人力消耗、节约成本,具有简单、实用、经济、高效的优点。利用ANSYS软件对易损件刀头进行了有限元分析,研究了其在受载条件下的应力和位移分布规律,为实际设计和制造提供了一种高效、可行的方法。
A titanium sponge crusher rotating blade with separate knife heads was designed according to the practical production. The knife dish and the knife heads are independent. Only just the worn or damaged knife heads were changed when the blade was worn or damaged. With simple, practical, eco-nomic and efficient advantages,it can shorten machine halt time and reduce human consumption. The damageable parts of knife head was analyzed by AN- SYS software in the method of Finite Element Analysis ,and its stress and displacement distribution were studied ,which can provide a practicable method for design and manufacture of blades.
