摘要
目的 探讨平板运动试验在BMI超常人群身体功能测试和评估中的应用价值.方法 选取195例志愿者,根据BMI分为正常组和BMI轻、中、重度增高组.采用Bruce极量运动方案进行平板运动试验,比较分析各组对象的运动持续时间以及亚极量、极量心率、运动终止即刻代谢当量值(MET)、身体活动评分等指标,并对影响亚极量、极量运动持续时间的相关因素进行多元回归分析.结果 正常组身体活动评分均高于其他3组,BMI重度增高组身体活动评分、运动前心率及收缩压均较差.平板运动试验中,正常组各项生理指标均好于或与BMI轻、中、重度增高组相当.MET值与到达亚极量、极量心率时间呈正比关系.正常组最大运动MET值最高,到达极量和亚极量心率的时间最长;BMI重度增高组到达极量心率的时间在4组中最短,极量心率最快.结论 肥胖人群的运动耐量较正常人群差,其中重度肥胖(BMI≥30)者运动耐量下降明显.
Objective To evaluate the treadmill exercise test in assessment of physical function of subjects with abnormal BMI. Methods One hundred and ninety five volunteers aged 18-59 y were recruited in the study, including subjects with normal BMI, mildly-, moderately- and severely-increased BMI. The Bruce maximal exercise program was used in treadmill exercise test. The movement duration, submaximal and maximal heart rate, motion to terminate the immediate metabolic measure and physical activity scores were recorded and the factors effecting above parameters were examined by multivariate regression analysis. Results The physiological indicators in treadmill exercise test, including physical activity score, before exercise heart rate, MET values to Dexia maximum and amount of time, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, RPE score and to Dexia maximal and maximal time in normal BMI group were significantly better than those of abnormal BMI groups. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the MET value to Dexia maximal was positively correlated with maximal heart rate in normal BMI group. The MET val- ue of normal BMI group was the highest, the time to maximal and submaximal heart rate was longest among four groups. The severely-increased BMI group showed the shortest time to maximal heart rate and highest maximal heart rate. The scores of physical activity in normal BMI group were higher than those in other three groups. Conclusion The Treadmill test shows that the exercise tolerance of obese subjects is worse than the normal subjects, particularly for those with severely-increased BMI.
