摘要
针对泡罩药品包装人工检测存在的易疲劳、检测效率不高的弊端,利用机器视觉技术设计一套基于嵌入式linux和达芬奇技术TMS320DM365处理器平台的药品包装在线检测系统。文章将差分进化算法与最大类间方差相结合,进行分割阈值求取,获得了很好的图像分割效果,进一步提高识别的准确率。并且充分考虑系统实时性的需求,从软硬件详述了系统的工作原理。
For manual inspection of the blister drug packaging exist liable FatigueLow detection efficiency, using of machine vision technol- ogy to design a pharmaceutical packaging inspection system based on embedded linux and DaVinci technology TMS320DM365 Processor platform. In combination with the differential evolution algorithm and the OTSU algorithm Calculate the Segmentation Threshold. And give full consideration to the needs of real-time, Detailed description of the system working principle by Software and hardware.
