摘要
目的了解本院门诊指标的现状。方法回顾性调查与分析本院2010年3月至2011年2月的门诊处方6009张(不包括急诊、儿科、皮肤科以及精神类处方)。结果单方品种数为2.18种,处方通用名使用百分比为99.98%,注射剂应用百分比为13.93%,抗生素应用百分比为12.50%,平均单方费用为238.20元。结论本院各项用药指标比较合理,但单方费用偏高。
Objective： To study the status quo of the outpatient prescription indicators in our hospital. Methods： A retrospective study was conducted on the outpatient drug utilization in our hospital from 2010 -3 to 2011 -2 and pediatrics, emergency, dermatology and mental category prescriptions were not included. Results： The mean number of categories of prescription drugs for each patient - visit was 2.18;the percentage of drugs prescribed by generic name was 99.98% ;the percentage of encounters with an injection prescribed is 13.93% ;the percentage of encounters with an antibiotic prescribed was 12.50%. The mean cost of prescription was 238.20 yuan. Conclusion：The indicators of drugs in the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital are rational, but the charge for the drugs is a little high.
