摘要 利用同步送粉的激光熔覆技术,以铁基激光熔覆粉和Cr3C2-25NiCr为原料在中碳钢基材上制备耐磨熔覆层。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、显微硬度计等分析检测手段和冲蚀试验,研究了Cr3C2-25NiCr颗粒尺寸对熔覆层组织结构、硬度、耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明:添加小颗粒Cr3C2-25NiCr后熔覆层的显微硬度约提高25%,冲蚀失重降低约50%;添加大颗粒Cr3C2-25NiCr后熔覆层的显微硬度约提高50%,冲蚀失重降低约60%。 Using the synchronous powder feeding laser cladding technology, a wear resistant cladding layer is prepared in medium carbon steel substrate with iron based laser cladding powder and Cr3C2-25NiCr as raw materials. Through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), micro-hardness testing methods such as analysis and erosion, study the effect of Cr3C2-25NiCr on the cladding layer organization structure, hardness, resistance to abrasion performance. The results show that after adding small particles of Cr3C2-25NiCr, the hardness of the cladding layer is improved by about 25%, erosion of weightlessness is reduced about 50% ;after adding large particle size of Cr3C2-25NiCr,the hardness of the cladding layer is improved by about 50%, erosion of weightlessness is reduced about 60%.
