摘要
近年来,随着公安信息化进程的不断加快,许多地方公安部门的信息数字化建设相继展开,并取得了明显成效,而信息数字化系统应用的增多和IT基础设施数量的日趋庞杂,使得传统的运行维护理论已经不能满足公安信息数字化的发展需求。上海市公安局提出用ITIL理论指导公安IT服务管理,研究ITIL理论指导下的公安机关事件管理模式,为公安部门的信息数字化建设提供服务。
In recent years,with the nonstop development of the public information process,whose construction is set up in many areas,and gains obvious effect.Meanwhile,the mathematic system applying is more and more complex,as well as the number of the IT basic instrument,which makes the running and protecting theory can not meet the needs of the requirement of the public security information development.Shanghai Public Security Bureau proposed the ITIL theory to guide the public security IT service management,to work on such kind of model,and to serve for the construction of the information digitization.
