摘要
催化剂Pd/C的组成设计和制备方法是糠醛液相制四氢呋喃的重要因素。分析金属Pd的催化活化机理 ,确定以浸渍法制备负载型Pd催化剂。改变制备条件可以控制催化剂的结构型式 。
The composition and the preparation method of the catalyst Pd/C used in the production of THF (tetrahydrofuran) by the furfural liquid phase decarbonylation and hydrogenation method are both important. The catalysis and activation mechanisms of the metal Pd were analyzed and thereby to prepare the carrier type Pd catalyst by soaking method was determined. The structure of the catalyst can be controlled by preparation conditions thus improving its activity and selectivity.
