摘要
从大学班级心理健康委员的职责、角色定位及工作开展等进行分析,发现主要有无所事事型、工作冒失型、自身障碍型等数种角色定位不当类型,在工作开展中对于哪些能做哪些不能逾越的认识还有待清晰。对大学班级心理委员的条件、职责、选拔流程、培训、活动开展等方面进行探讨,以进一步澄清认知、统一思想,提出大学生班级心理健康委员应以发展性心理辅导、心理健康主题班会为主要形式和主要导向,组织心理活动,促进大学生心理健康教育工作的开展。
From the analysis of the responsibilities, roles and work conditions of university mental health members, the article found that the improper role orientation type of idle about, ringing bell of the monk, bold and rash in work, one's own obstacle, inner conflict, magnify responsibility; the understanding to what can be or can not be do for themselves could be clear. Through analyzing the qualification, responsibility, selection process, training, activities of university classes psychological member, the article further clarified the cognition, united the thought, and put forward to organizing mental activity and promoting college students' psychological health education by the main forms and the main orientations of developmental psychological counseling, carrying out the subject class meeting of college class mental health members.
