摘要
在总结公路隧道二衬技术和煤矿斜井井筒砌碹工艺基础上,本文根据工程实例介绍了急倾斜引风硐模板制作与安装方法,该方法通过对引风硐的急倾斜段和弧线段采用不同的支模技术,解决了复杂地形条件下的模板支护难题。模板工程采用钢拱架、方木料、九夹板等组合设计,实践表明,该设计不仅保证了工程质量,还节省了人力和材料,且工艺简单、实用、有效。
Based on highway tunnel secondary lining technology and mine inclined shaft construction technology,this article mainly describes production and installation methods of the steep wind cave's templates.The method is using different support technology between steel and arc,which effectively solve the problem on complex terrain conditions template supporting.The templates support is designed to be constructed by steel arch,square wood,nine plywood and other materials.Engineering practice shows that the design not only guarantees the quality of the project but saves labor and material,and the process is simple,practical and effective.
