摘要
通过考察提取时间、操作步骤、产品产量和纯度等因素对黄连中黄连素提取的影响,研究黄连中黄连素的3种传统提取方法的优劣,筛选出适合于学生试验的最佳提取方法。同时,对乙醇法提取黄连素给出了一些合理化建议,为黄连素的进一步开发利用提供依据。
The effects of extraction time, operating procedures, products yield and purity on the extraction of berberine from Coptis chinensis in laboratory were studied, and both the advantages and disadvantages of three traditional extraction methods were analyzed, the best method for students'experiment was selected. Meanwhile, some suggestions were proposed on the extraction of berberine by ethanol method, which provided basis for the furthur development and utilization of berberine.
