摘要
目的设计一种新型实时导航牙种植手术模板,以提供一种安全、精确、便利与功能美观的牙种植手术,并提高牙齿修复中种植体植入位置及方向的准确性。方法应用8排螺旋CT断层扫描机对颌骨铸塑模型,并对牙缺失患者进行CT扫描,以获取断层数字图像。将利用计算机辅助设计与辅助制造技术(CAD/CAM)设计得到的外科模板应用于25位种植患者,并进行大体观察、X线片观察、扫描电镜观察种植体与颌骨结合情况以及种植后牙齿的咬合咀嚼功能。结果应用本法治疗的25例牙缺失患者植入均有效恢复牙齿咬合功能与重建口腔咀嚼能力。结论基于CT影像技术牙种植外科手术模板利用导航硬件与软件系统,为牙种植手术安全、精确、便利的开展提供了新的方法,应用该法得到的种植牙不仅美观大方,而且为口腔功能重建提供保障。同时CT影像技术和CAD/CAM技术的结合使得牙种植手术种植更加便捷、有效避免损伤后的再修复、提高钻眼成功率,有广泛的推广意义和应用价值。
Objective To design a new dental implant navigation template to provide a safe, accurate, convenient and func- tional surgery, and to improve the location and direction accuracy. Methods 8-slice spiral CT mography machine for jaw casting models, and provide patients for tooth loss with CT scans to gain digital images. And using CAD/CAM technique to plante the 25 patients,by forgeneral observation, X-ray and scanning electron microscopy to observate integration of the implant and the jaw. Results Application this treatment on the 25 patients with partialtooth loss were implanted in patients to achieve effective restoration and reconstruction of oral masticatory function. Conclusion The systems based on CT-imag- ing of dental implant surgical template use navigation hardware and software to provide new methods for safe,accurate, convenient and aesthetic dental implant surgery and achieve improved security. The combination of these techniques makes the dental implantation more convenient, avoids wound healing, improves the success rate of drill in the template,and achieves reliability, accuracy and clinical applicability.
