摘要
以上海轨道交通车辆成本管理实践为例,分析了影响车辆成本的因素,并结合车辆的选型、采购、运营、维修和报废等各阶段的特点,阐述了在车辆全寿命周期不同阶段成本控制的对策。车辆选型和采购是车辆全寿命周期成本得以大幅下降的关键,对于后续运营、维修乃至报废等阶段成本的降低至关重要;所有技术决策必须立足于后期车辆运营维修成本的降低。
With the rapid development of Shanghai urban rail transit network, single line will be waved into a net- work, and construction will be converted to operating man- agement. As an important tool of mass transit, the fleet volume of rolling stock (RS) is dramatically rising and re- sults in huge investment. How to control the cost and exert management during the RS life cycle under the prerequisites of safety operation is a complicated topic. From the techni- cal point of view, the key influence factors and strategy that cover the RS type selection, design, operation, main- tenance as well as scraping periods is discussed systematically.
