基础医学七年制学生毕业实习的模式探索

摘要 毕业实习是七年制基础医学专业教育的重要环节。通过分析七年制基础医学专业的学制特点和学生素质,结合医学微生物学的专业特点,从课题选择和实施以及毕业考核标准等方面,对七年制基础医学专业的毕业实习改革进行了探索与实践,采用了课题组支持和个性化的讨论式实习指导,发挥七年制学生优势、开展创新性课题研究,取得了良好的效果。 Graduation practice is a key part of education for seven-year students in basic medicine. After analyzing the speciality characteristic of students and medical microbiology, some reform methods were put forward. Based on practices in guideline and cultivation modes of seven-year program students in basic medicine,guidance by research group and individual discussion with tutors were applied. Original themes were studied in this mode. Satisfied effects were obtained by this guidance mode.
