摘要
祖国医药对肿瘤的治疗有着丰富的理论知识和临床经验,近几年来采用中医药以扶正法为主配合祛邪治疗肿瘤,收益不少。肿瘤的形成多因正气不足,正气虚伴随着肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗及预后。扶正培本是中医药防治肿瘤的基本法则。扶正法即补益法,也就是"损者益之,虚者补之"的意思,它的主要作用在于增强机体的阴阳、气血经络和脏腑的生理功能,以充分发挥机体内在抗病能力,抵御和控制肿瘤的发展。中医药主要是通过诱导细胞分化,促进细胞凋亡,调节免疫功能,直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,抑制肿瘤新生血管的生成,逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药,抗突变作用,抗肿瘤细胞的转移发挥临床功效。
There is abundant theories and clinical experiments of Chinese medicine to treat malignant tumor, especially in treating malignant tumor with nourishing therapy in recent yearts. Insufficiency of Qi is the main cause of tumor, and it exists in the process of the forming, development, treatment and prognosis. Nourishing therapy is one of the basic treatment law in Chinese Medicine. Nourishing therapy means to supporting body resistance,which is to regulate Yin and Yang, to nourish Qi and blood, to regulate veins and arteries, to reinforce the function of Zang and Fu, so that the body can oppose to disease, and to delay or control the developing progress of tumor. The mechanism of Chinese Medicine in treating malignant tumor is that it can induce cell differ- entiation, promote apoptosis and enhance immune function, even kill tumor cell directly.
