摘要
研究丁胺、改性膨润土加入量及膨润土分散方式对ASA的乳化与稳定作用的影响以及制备的ASA乳液的施胶性能。结果表明:分散方式的不同对所制备的乳液的形态、粒径及其施胶性能有很大的影响。当膨润土分散在水相中未除去游离胺和除去游离胺以及膨润土分散在ASA中这3种分散方式下丁胺的最佳用量分别为0·342mmol·g-1、0·205mmol·g-1、0·479mmol·g-1(均相对于膨润土),膨润土的最佳用量为5%、4%、4%(对ASA的质量分数)。所制备的ASA乳液具有较好的稳定性和较好的施胶性能,且硫酸铝的加入能显著提高ASA乳液的施胶性能。
The effects of butylamine/bentonite dosage, initial location of bentonite and the removement or not of free butlyamine on the emulsification and stabilization of ASA emulsions were investigated, meanwhile the sizing performance of the prepared emulsion was analyzed. The results showed that the initial location of the particles plays an important role in the emulsion droplet morphology, mean droplet size and the sizing performance. As the bentonite was initially dispersed in aqueous phase while free amine was not removed, the optimized charge levels of n-butylamine and bentonite are 0.342 mmol·g^-1 based on bentonite, and 5% based on ASA, respectively. When the free amine was removed, the optimiazed charge levels are 0.205 mmol·g^-1 and 4%, respectively. As the bentonite was initially dispersed in ASA, the most suitable charge level of n-butylamine and bentonite are 0.479 mmol·g^-1 based on bentonite and 4% based on ASA, respectively. The ASA emulsion has high stability and good sizing performance, the introduction of aluminum sulfate can remarkably enhance the sizing performance of the ASA emulsion.
