摘要
1992～ 1998年 ,治疗粉碎性胫腓骨骨折 3 14例。男 2 5 1例 ,女 5 3例 ;年龄 7～ 71岁 ,平均 3 6.4岁。开放性骨折 181例 ,闭合性骨折 13 3例。闭合复位外固定支架治疗 2 6例 ,切开复位外固定支架治疗 2 88例 ,切开复位螺钉内固定加外固定支架固定 73例。均取得良好的治疗效果。平均骨愈合时间 94d。患肢的功能同时获得良好恢复。本治疗方法的特点 :治疗方法简单 ,骨折邻近关节能早期活动 ,早期可带外固定支架下地行走 ,有利于骨折愈合及功能恢复 ,对于伴有软组织缺损的病例 ,则为二期治疗创造了良好的条件 ,减少了关节功能障碍等并发症的发生。
Objective: A series of 314 tibia fracture cases were treated by external fixation apparatus from May 1992 to December 1998. All these cases were colmplicate fracture. 26 cases were close reduction and fixed with external fixation apparatus, while 288 cases were open reduction and external fixation. The follow up period of 5 43 months showed bone union with good function in 310 cases (98.7%). It is considered that this simple skill is excellent for bone healing and joint function, especially for those with soft tissue defect.
