摘要
目的 :观察不同浓度的PGE2 对骨器官培养上清中ALP活性的作用。方法 :分离培养仔鼠 (1～3d)头盖骨 ,检测培养上清中ALP活性。结果 :10～ 10 0 μg/LPGE2 抑制ALP活性 ,1.0 μg/LPGE2 对ALP活性无明显作用 ,0 .0 1～ 0 .1μg/LPGE2 对ALP活性有刺激作用。结论 :PGE2 对骨器官培养上清中ALP活性的作用取决于其局部浓度。
AIM: To examinate the ALP activity of conditioned media. METHODS: Rat calvaria was exposed to the media with PGE 2 (0.01～100μg/L). RESULTS: ALP activity was decreased at 10～100μg/L levels and increased at 0.01～0.1μg/L level, that wasn't very change at 1.0μg/L levels. CONCLUSION: PGE 2 might cause the change of ALP activity and then Ca methabolism.
